Class Description

We are taking the show on the road! We are so pumped to get out in the sunshine and share our style of training with more of you. We chucking it all out there, so that you can get a real taste of what it is we get up to in our studios. A mixture of HIIT, free weights, even a spin bike on site; expect to burn hard in endurance, sculpt your body and break barriers. Each 45 minute session will inspire you to challenge yourself and celebrate with a sea swim (totally optional and location depending)
