Class Description

It's a total misconception that boxing is about strength and aggression. To master ‘the sweet science’, body, mind and breath must work together in perfect harmony. That’s why we teach rhythm, control and precision as the foundation for every punch - but we guarantee once you find that flow you'll be throwing bombs harder than ever. Every SCRAP class will take you on a fighter’s journey, from the warm-up, through smooth combinations, championship rounds, all the way to the final bell! But it’s just you vs the bag - you won't hit anyone, and no-one will hit you. SCRAP classes are a great full body overall fitness work out, improving mobility, co-ordination, cardiovascular fitness, agility and full body strength in one go.
