What to Expect

RE-CYCLE is our high-energy, high-vibe spinning class. From the bikes we use, to our unique coaching style, to the music pumping through the speakers - every inch of the RE-CYCLE experience has been designed to help you switch off the outside world and lose yourself in your workout. Spinning is a full-body, low-impact cardio workout proven to increase stamina and endurance, burn fat and build lean muscle and strength without bulk. A great option for those looking to lose weight, tone up or get fitter, our RE-CYCLE spin classes can be customised to your needs and fitness level. For your spinning class, bring a towel, a bottle of water and a great attitude. Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers or spin shoes. Never been to a spin class before? No problem. Our coaches will take you through everything you need to know, from setting up your bike and using your bike properly to improving your form and technique to get the most out of the session.
