What to Expect

STRENGTH is our weight-based, full-body workout that will help you build strength, tone muscle and sculpt your body. Our expert coaches will guide you through four rounds of weights-based exercises, using a variety of equipment and weights to help challenge your body in different ways The class begins with a warm-up to prepare your body for the workout, followed by a series of weightlifting exercises designed to target specific muscle groups. You will learn proper form and technique for each exercise to ensure maximum effectiveness and prevent injury, and to develop your comfort and confidence for lifting weights. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or build strength, weight training is a key workout to add into your fitness routine. And as with all YRD1 classes, you’ll be working with immersive playlists and powerful surround sound, in a purpose-built urban studio -- all designed to help you leave the world behind and fall in love with your fitness. No prior experience or fitness level needed - your coach will tailor the workouts to each individual. We also provide all of the equipment you’ll need for the class, so just bring a towel and a bottle of water and you’re good to go. Get yourself booked on today!
