— GOT QUESTIONS? —
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do I need experience in Pilates?
None at all. Whether you’re brand new or a REFORMER pro, we’ll meet you where you are and help you get what you need from every session.
What should I wear and bring?
Bring a small towel, a water bottle and wear comfortable workout gear. You’ll also need reformer socks — no socks, no session. You can bring your own or buy these in the studio.
How is this different to mat pilates?
Mat Pilates relies on your bodyweight, while reformer uses a resistance-based machine to guide and challenge your movement. The machine adds support where you need it and resistance where it counts, allowing for more control, progression, and precision. It’s a dynamic way to build strength, improve movement, and get more out of every session.
Can REFORMER help with aches / pains / tightness?
Yes. The focus on controlled movement and mobility helps improve flexibility, reduce stiffness and improve how your body moves and feels day to day. If you have a specific injury or concern, it’s always best to check with a GP before starting.
How many people will be in a class?
REFORMER will be capped to six people per class and fully coach-led, so you get more attention, better guidance, and a higher-quality session.
